Large scale leak in apartment blocks. Sewage pipe burst which flooded three flats with raw sewage each one beneath the other. Once the Waste was removed, we could start a soft rip out. The walls had to be stripped up to 1.5 m which meant plasterboard and wall insulation all to be removed. Laminate flooring, floor sheets, and floor installation all removed. Then we reinstalled all of the above. Ben finished up with full decoration, woodwork, skirting, door frames, two coats of paint and a sand as needed.
